I want to thank everyone who came out Saturday for the Fun Fly. Thanks Dave Fuller for buying most of the food and cooking. Thanks everyone who brought a dish to share. Ralph's wife's deviled eggs was my favorite. But I'm a sucker for a good deviled egg. Thanks Dave Indyke for showing everyone how to fly FunFly events. For those who were not here, Dave did three spot landings and was never further than 8' from the target. Thanks to the Peanut gallery for all their constructive ideas. And thanks to Greg Aldrich for being the butt of Ralph's jokes.
 Please tell other club members, who didn't make it today, what a good time it was so next time we can double our attendance.Later, JW |

2010 Spring Picnic and Funfly
Below is a list of things members have volunteered to bring to the picnic on Saturday. The club is supplying the following: Hamburgers and Buns Hotdogs and Rolls Cheese for the Burgers Soda Water Plates Plastic Utensils Willard Hall...Potato Salad Dave Indyke...Tomatos, Onions, Lettuce Greg Aldrich... Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Assorted Chips (6 Bags), Trash Bags Ralph Schreiner... Deviled Eggs Steve Maxwell...2 Coolers w/Ice, Desert Tim Hoke... Vegetable Tray w/dip We could still use: More side dishes Coolers with Ice Deserts Please sign up to bring something.....Thanks |

On April 24the club will be hosting our annual Clean up the Field Day. We will start around 10:00 am and go until we feel we are done. So come on out rake something, paint something, or just pick up rocks from the new runway. Hopefully we will be rolling the runway also.
